Projects are individually scoped and quoted. Fees, payment milestones, deliverables and applicable third-party costs are agreed in writing before work starts. Extra features and ongoing support require an agreed scope.

Questions before the first conversation

What can I enquire about?

Websites, portals, custom business software, iOS applications, data workflows, AI feature integrations and maintenance. Send a brief description of the problem and any existing systems involved.

Are projects sold as fixed packages?

No. Each project is individually scoped and priced. We provide a written proposal with deliverables, fees, payment milestones and responsibilities.

Are hosting and subscriptions included?

Only if the proposal expressly includes them. Domain names, hosting, store accounts, API usage and third-party software licences may involve separate costs and terms.

How are data and AI features scoped?

We agree the intended use, data sources, access permissions and third-party services before implementation. AI features need suitable review and testing for their purpose; outputs and third-party availability cannot be guaranteed.

What happens after delivery?

The proposal sets out acceptance and handover. Maintenance, additional features and continuing support are included only where separately agreed.

How do cancellations and refunds work?

Contact us by email as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, charges for work completed and any refund entitlement follow the accepted project agreement and applicable law. Mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

This website and form

The form prepares an email on your device. Form entries are not submitted to our server or saved in a website database. We receive the enquiry only if you send the email. This page does not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers or third-party fonts and does not itself set cookies. The website host may process access and security logs, such as IP addresses, browser information and request timestamps, to operate and protect the website.

Providers and international processing

Where a project involves processing personal information on a client's behalf, the relevant responsibilities, access and data protection arrangements are agreed separately. Do not send sensitive project datasets with an initial enquiry.

Proposals and agreement

This website describes services and invites enquiries. An enquiry does not create a service contract. Work begins after written acceptance of a proposal or agreement setting out the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timing and responsibilities. That agreement governs the project.

Fees, changes and external costs

Each project is individually scoped and quoted. Applicable taxes, third-party costs and payment milestones are set out in the proposal. Changes outside the accepted scope require agreement on additional fees, work and timing. Hosting, domains, licences, store accounts, API usage and ongoing support are included only if explicitly stated.

Client inputs and third-party platforms

Clients must provide the agreed lawful materials, access permissions and feedback. Project timing may depend on these inputs and on third-party services. App store acceptance and third-party availability remain subject to the relevant platform's requirements. AI features and outputs must be assessed for their intended use.

Handover, ownership and support

The project agreement sets out delivery, acceptance criteria, intellectual property rights, licences, documentation and handover. Continuing maintenance and support require an agreed scope unless expressly included in the accepted proposal.

Cancellations and refunds

Email us promptly to discuss a cancellation or service concern. Charges for work completed, cancellation arrangements and refund entitlement are assessed under the project agreement and applicable law. Nothing on this page excludes mandatory statutory rights.
